FULFILLMENT POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products!

We ship all purchases within 7 days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). Our products ship through USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Generally you can expect your items with 2-3 weeks but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

In order to be eligible for an exchange or return for store credit, first you much reach out to our team so we can send you a form to fill out to start the process. Contact should be made within 14 calendar days of your shipments delivery date. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your store credit for return OR contact you directly to schedule your exchange. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or it is after the 14 calendar day time frame, you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
